Awakening heart, spirit and purpose in organisations

Transforming an organisation and its culture is a bold task. It requires an absolute commitment from the top and a well orchestrated plan to succeed. It is an important strategic decision that will take some years to become part of who you are. It needs to be bigger than any individual, any title or position.

We work in partnership with shared goals and objectives to design, deliver and support the change.

We work by invitation and operate on trust.

We deliver transformation through a combination of workshops, tools, models, stories and processes that engage, inspire and align your entire organisation to a common framework.

Our programme touches every stakeholder and is ultimately aimed at serving the customer.

Hutia te rito o te harakeke

Hutia te rito o te harakeke. Kei hea te komako e ko?
Ki mai nei ki ahau. He aha te mea nui ki tenei ao?
Maku e ki atu. He tangata, he tangata, he tangata.

If you were to pluck out the centre of the flax bush, where would the bellbird sing?
If you were to ask me "What is the most important thing in the world?"
I would reply, "That it is people, people, people."

Traditional Maori proverb

We are the Zone

We are change agents on a global scale. We are unconventional, straight forward and down to earth.

We could see that the world of work was rife with greed, ego and dishonesty and was having a disastrous effect on a global scale. To combat this we developed methodologies that became the enemies of complexity, bureaucracy and elitism. People experienced the work as mind-blowingly simple and life changing.

What we were doing soon became known internationally and businesses around the world invited us to come work with them. They experienced an extraordinary transformation.

We believe that the spirit of collaboration, integrity and service to others makes this transformation possible. This is what will change the future for generations to come.

The Zone is our contribution to a better world.

He tangata, he tangata, he tangata.
With love.
